Our Team

Nightingale Clinical Care, PC, is a team of advanced practice clinicians in California. Nightingale is owned by Dr. Ehsan Shahmir, a practicing nephrologist with over 25 years of experience in the field, including work as a Group Medical Director for both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis clinics. Dr. Shahmir oversees a group of dedicated, professional Nurse Practitioners who work with kidney care patients throughout the state.

As the Management Service Organization for Nightingale Clinical Care, PC (“NCC”), VillageHealth DM, LLC dba: DaVita IKC (“IKC”) assists NCC with recruiting, screening, and interviewing of clinical personnel for employment consideration by NCC. NCC retains the decision making authority related to the selection and hiring or firing of medical staff.
